Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions-
These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all Gift Certificates issued by Katie Turnbull Images from November 1 2019 as per ACCC/Consumer Affairs. In Purchasing/registering/fulfilling Katie Turnbull Images Gift Certificate after receiving these terms and conditions, you accept the terms and conditions and agree to the below.
1. Fulfilment-
The gift certificate is to be be used for the specific items and instructions written on the gift certificate itself and below.
-Credit given when purchasing products cannot be used in gift certificate sessions.
-If your gift certificate includes the value of the portrait session ($99), the remainder of the gift
certificate can be put towards products/photos.
-If your gift certificate includes products/photos, then the sitting fee must be paid separately.
-If your gift certificate includes a specific product, this value cannot be transferred to other products.
-Gift certificates are non-transferable.
-Gift certificates cannot be used towards wedding photography packages, mini sessions, or any special event that is not a regular photo session.
-Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
-If the whole amount for the gift certificate isn't used for a items, packages, sitting fee. Cash
refunds will not be given.
-Gift certificates must be registered before use. Including the date of purchase.
-Gift certificates must be used by the expiration date. Which is 3 years (36mths) from date of purchase, as per ACCC.
-Katie Turnbull Images holds no responsibility for lost or stolen cards.
